For one of our clients specialised in gas compression and gas treatment systems, we are looking for a Piping Support Designer who will join the piping design team working on multidisciplinary Oil & Gas, on -and offshore.
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Provide specifications and technical work descriptions in the design and creation of piping systems layout as well as modelling and drawings to the Lead / Principal Piping Designer.
- Support the Lead Piping Designer in ensuring all piping design work is achieved within frameworks of budget, safety, quality, and requirements.
- Be able to make designs and calculations using AVEVA MDS application.
Requirements Pipe Support Designer (2 x)
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- A minimum of 2-5 years of work experience in similar role.
- Experience in creating isometrics piping layouts, basic -and detail design.
- Proficient in using AVEVA MDS application is a must.
- Knowledge of modelling pipework, draft, ISO-draft, MTO's and pipe support.
- Good written and verbal communication in Dutch and English.
- Competences: pro-active, adaptive to change, problem-solving mentality, communication skills, ability to work in a team, result-oriented.
