Senior Installation Engineer

For one of our clients providing innovative offshore solutions, we are looking for a Senior Installation Engineer who can support the projects team in the development of methods and procedures for installing, removing, and transporting offshore foundations and structures.

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Execute installation engineering activities such as rigging design, making method statements and (standard) task plans for offshore installations.
• Develop and review Offshore Execution Procedures.
• Prepare subcontractor scopes of work and review subcontractor and client-provided procedures.
• Guide engineers concerning installation methods.
• Plan assigned tasks and keep the project team informed on progress and any deviations.
• Cooperate with those necessary to comply with the task and participate in project meetings.
• Sort out technical queries and recommend solutions to engineering problems related to installation engineering.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and relevant codes.

• At least a Bachelor's degree (Higher Technical College) or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Offshore Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Proven work experience as an Installation Engineer or Project Engineer in a project/construction related environment.
• Must have experience in the offshore construction industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
• You are a team player.
• You are flexible and you have hands-on mentality.
• Willing to travel abroad to sites and sometimes offshore to the company's vessels.
