Inspection Coordinator

Do you have experience in project coordination, procurement support, logistics, expediting, or vendor coordination? Can you manage inspection planning, reports, punch lists, and release documentation in a structured way?

We are looking for an Inspection Coordinator who can plan, coordinate, and follow up on supplier inspections to ensure equipment is properly checked, documented, and released for shipment on time.

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Coordinate inspections at suppliers worldwide for equipment used in large offshore energy projects.
• Schedule inspectors and arrange inspection visits in line with project planning.
• Prepare inspection assignments and distribute all relevant documentation before inspections take place.
• Monitor inspection planning, progress, and follow-up actions.
• Review inspection reports for completeness before distribution to stakeholders.
• Track punch list items and ensure corrective actions are properly followed up and closed.
• Maintain accurate inspection records in SharePoint and other project systems.
• Coordinate with procurement, engineering, logistics, suppliers, inspectors, and project teams.
• Ensure all required documentation is complete before Inspection Release Notes are issued.
• Act as the central point of contact between suppliers, inspectors, and internal stakeholders.

• Experience in a coordinating or administrative role within technical projects.
• Background in inspection coordination, project coordination, project administration, procurement support, supply chain, expediting, logistics coordination, vendor coordination, or project support.
• Strong planning and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to keep documentation accurate and complete.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and changing priorities.
• Good communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Able to work in a structured and proactive way.
• Experience with SharePoint, ERP systems, or document management systems is an advantage.
• Affinity with engineering, manufacturing, offshore, or industrial projects is preferred.
• Technical inspection experience is not required, but understanding the importance of quality, traceability, and planning is helpful.
