We are looking for a Warranty Manager to own the full warranty lifecycle, validating claims, coordinating suppliers and stakeholders, and driving fast, compliant resolutions with cost recovery and continuous improvement.

Tasks & responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end warranty claims from intake and validation through resolution and close-out.
- Act as the key liaison with clients, main contractors, suppliers, engineering, QA/QC and project teams.
- Review contracts/POs, warranty clauses and technical documentation to determine liability and compliance.
- Track claim status, timelines, costs and KPIs, maintain complete, auditable records and reports.
- Lead negotiations with suppliers on responsibilities, corrective actions, and reimbursements.
- Identify trends and recurring issues, drive root-cause analysis (e.g., 8D/FMEA) and CAPA initiatives.
- Prioritise claims by operational criticality and schedule impact, escalate risks and propose mitigations.
- Plan and coordinate inspections (on-/offshore when applicable), RAMS, and vendor interventions.
- Arrange logistics and readiness for site works (packing, permits, access, tooling, offshore requirements),
- Ensure HSE, quality and warranty procedures are followed, standardise and improve workflows/tools.
Vereisten Warranty Manager
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mechanical/electrical/maritime or similar), business-process affinity is a plus.
- Proven experience in warranty/claims, aftersales or quality in complex engineered products or EPC projects.
- Strong technical literacy to read drawings/specs and understand system-equipment failures.
- Skilled in contract interpretation, supplier negotiations and cost-recovery.
- Hands-on with ERP/PLM/document control and KPI reporting.
- Structured, detail-driven organiser who stays calm under pressure and takes ownership.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in multidisciplinary environments.
- Collaborative team player with a problem-solving mindset, able to coordinate across departments and vendors.
