For one of our clients providing innovative offshore engineering solutions, we are looking for a Crew Discipline Planner to meticulously plan and allocate personnel for offshore operations. You will ensure a well-balanced and efficient use of resources while identifying and addressing long-term requirements in coordination with HR.

Tasks & responsibilities:
- Ensure comprehensive personnel planning for all the company's vessels within the assigned discipline.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Crew and Disciplines, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including HR, Disciplines, VMT, L&D, and Crew.
- Proactively establish connections between all units within Crew Operations, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Collaborate as a strategic partner with Operations Managers to address long-term resource requirements.
- Discuss and finalise resource requirements in consultation with the involved discipline manager.
- Provide valuable input to the Crew Operations Team Lead on planning and addressing any special requirements.
- Offer insights and recommendations to Operations and HR concerning (structural) crew personnel shortages or surplus, facilitating necessary actions
- Provide support to the crew operations teams in addressing short-term planning challenges.
- Strive for a consistent and well-balanced crew planning approach within the designated discipline.
- Maintain an up-to-date handbook, standard operating procedures, and checklists for effective crew planning.
- Facilitate communication with vessels to ensure optimal crew composition and experience spread.
- Collaborate with HR to contribute to the career development of Crew within the assigned discipline.
Requirements Crew Discipline Planner
- Bachelor's degree in Personnel Management or an equivalent qualification.
- Relevant experience, preferably in an offshore environment, or possess comparable knowledge, skills, and abilities in planning and organisation.
- Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders.
- Showcase excellent organisational skills, including the ability to set priorities and coordinate tasks efficiently.
- Work as a collaborative team player within a dynamic and multifaceted environment.
- Embrace a hands-on mentality, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
- Proficient in the English language, both verbally and in writing.
- Willingness to travel to vessels, ensuring visibility across the fleet in Antwerp and South Holland.
