We are looking for a Planning Engineer to develop, manage, and optimise project schedules for complex offshore projects, ensuring progress, resources, and forecasts remain aligned from proposal through execution.

Tasks & responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for complex offshore programs, projects, and work packages.
- Translate proposal schedules into fully developed execution schedules with clear logic, dependencies, and milestones.
- Coordinate planning input from multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors and international offices.
- Monitor progress, update forecasts, and provide clear reporting to project teams, management, and clients.
- Produce planning deliverables, including bar charts, histograms, S-curves, and Earned Value reports.
- Develop offshore schedules, mobilisation plans, CAPEX and R&M planning (e.g., port calls and dockings).
- Work closely with Project Managers and Cost Controllers to align planning, budgeting, and resource strategies.
- Support the development and improvement of integrated resource planning and Earned Value systems.
Requirements Planning Engineer
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Naval Architecture, or equivalent.
- 3—5 years of experience in project planning within engineering, offshore, or marine environments.
- Strong knowledge of planning and scheduling methodologies.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Familiarity with network planning, resource planning, and Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Analytical mindset with strong communication and coordination skills.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
