We are looking for a Project Assistant to support the Authority Engineer by coordinating documentation, tracking permits and approvals, and ensuring structured follow-up of regulatory and compliance activities within a technical project environment.

Tasks & responsibilities:
- Support the preparation, formatting, and organisation of permit applications and authority documentation.
- Maintain structured filing systems for regulatory submissions, correspondence, and technical compliance files.
- Track deadlines, submissions, authority feedback, and approval statuses.
- Ensure timely reminders and follow-up with internal disciplines and external stakeholders.
- Verify completeness and accuracy of documentation before submission.
- Prepare meeting minutes, summaries, progress reports, and overview dashboards.
- Coordinate information flow between engineering teams and regulatory bodies.
- Support regulatory compliance processes in alignment with internal QHSES procedures.
- Assist in organising technical files related to permitting and authority requirements.
Requirements Project Assistant
- MBO/HBO (Vocational or Associate level) or equivalent.
- Technical affinity preferred (mechanical, chemical, industrial, or engineering-related environment).
- Experience within a technical engineering or industrial project environment is a strong advantage.
- Experience with permitting processes, regulatory documentation, or document control is beneficial.
- Experience coordinating information across multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
- Proficient in English. Dutch is an advantage!
- Strong organisational and information-processing skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
- Structured, proactive, and able to work independently.
