We are looking for a System Verification Engineer to ensure that complex maritime systems and technologies meet design specifications and functional requirements.

Tasks & responsibilities:
- Verify systems for compliance with client requirements and regulations.
- Document engineering processes, technical specifications, and test results to ensure completeness and compliance.
- Participate in all project phases, understanding and contributing beyond disciplinary boundaries.
- Ensure adherence to technical standards such as DNV GL requirements.
- Think critically and innovatively across disciplines to optimise solutions and meet client needs.
Requirements System Verification Engineer
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a multidisciplinary engineering role, preferably in the maritime industry.
- Familiarity with naval or other complex vessel systems.
- Ability to think creatively and analytically, applying knowledge beyond individual discipline.
- Strong understanding of technical standards and client requirements.
- Maritime background and experience.
- Proficiency in Dutch is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
