Logistics Support

We are looking for a Logistics Support professional to coordinate transport, customs, and operational logistics across multiple offshore projects and vessels, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time.

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Support logistics coordination across multiple offshore projects and vessels.
• Arrange and monitor transport of materials, equipment, and project-related shipments.
• Coordinate customs clearance activities and ensure correct handling of import/export processes.
• Work closely with internal coordinators and operational teams to support day-to-day logistics activities.
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs agents, and other external logistics partners.
• Track deliveries and help resolve delays, documentation issues, or transport-related challenges.
• Support vessel logistics requirements in coordination with offshore resources teams.
• Ensure logistics activities are aligned with project schedules and operational priorities.
• Maintain accurate logistics records, shipping documents, and status updates.
• Assist with ad hoc logistics tasks based on project and vessel requirements.

• Experience in logistics coordination or logistics support role.
• Experience supporting multiple projects and/or operational teams at the same time.
• Strong understanding of customs processes and import/export documentation.
• Experience in offshore, maritime, energy, or project-based environments is highly preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Good command of English, both verbally and in writing.
