We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to strengthen our team and support workforce delivery for complex and international engineering projects.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and guiding professionals toward challenging project assignments. You work closely with colleagues and clients to ensure the right match, not only in skills, but also in project context and long-term collaboration.

What you'll do:

• Source and recruit talent for complex and international engineering projects.
• Conduct intake calls and interviews with candidates.
• Guide candidates through the full recruitment and placement process.
• Build and maintain a strong network of engineering professionals.
• Collaborate with account managers and colleagues on project requirements.
• Proactively approach and engage candidates via LinkedIn and other channels.
• Maintain candidate data and recruitment activities in our ATS/CRM.
• Contribute to long-term candidate and client relationship building.
• Support ongoing talent pipeline development for recurring project needs.

• 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.
• Experience in technical, engineering, or project recruitment is a strong plus.
• Commercial mindset and relationship-driven approach.
• Comfortable working in a smaller, specialised team environment.
• Proactive, structured, and independent.
• Strong communication skills. Language requirements:
  • English: professional level (required)
  • Dutch: working proficiency (required or strongly preferred)
